Gene Lockwood’s accepts online returns within 90 days of purchase with the invoice and the original tags. The tags must be on or with the merchandise, and must be unworn to be eligible for a full refund. We can only issue a refund the way it was originally paid for. You have the option to send your return back to us (customer pays shipping on returns) or return/exchange for another item or in-store credit at our Little Rock location. If you do not have your original invoice, email us at genelockwoods@gmail.com for a copy. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
