Shipping & Handling

Thanks for shopping with us! We’re always working hard to ensure your order will arrive as quickly as possible. Below, we have outlined our shipping & handling policies. Orders will be processed between 1-3 business days. Average shipping times can range between 3-8 business days, but delivery within this time frame is not guaranteed. Outside factors such as inclement weather and Covid-19 can have an impact on the estimated delivery date.

*Gene Lockwood’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or late packages. Please contact the shipping carrier if you run into any of these issues. *

It’s important to note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on holidays. Orders placed over the weekend and after 3 PM CST on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday, when holidays fall on a Monday.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • USPS Retail Ground®: Estimated 2-8 days
    • UPS Ground Shipping: Estimated 1-5 days 
  • In-store Pickup:
    • If you would like your item as soon as possible and live in the Little Rock, AR area, this is the quickest option! Orders placed before 3PM CST Monday-Friday will be processed and ready for pickup by the next business day. Orders placed for in-store pickup on Saturdays and Sundays will be ready for pickup the following Monday. 
    • If you will need to pick up your order later than a week from when it was placed, please email us to let us know. 
    • Shipping on orders over $150 is free!

Order Status

  • After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we have fulfilled your order and it has been shipped, you will receive another email with shipping information. If you choose In-store Pickup at checkout, you will receive a text when your order is ready for pickup.
